Ken Kayange inside out; Biography
Ken Kayange is a Nairobi based recording and performing music minister, gospel preacher and an author of books like The Naked truth which retails on Amazon kindle and many others. He was born in Vihiga county in the western region of Kenya where he grew up from and also schooled from before later on moving to Nairobi where he started his career in performing arts. He has also featured in some films as an actor something he was always passionate about from days when he was young, He has also helped produce films which are available on YouTube.
Ken studied hard and even after attaining marks that would accord him a bigger secondary school in the country, the parents could not meet the means and the expenses of having him in the school of his choice. They resorted to having him join a local secondary day school in the area. The parents were small scale farmers who largely depended on the little farm produce to make ends meet. They would also go work in peoples farms to bring back something for there kids in the evening. Life for them was all about making the day end and they would thank there creator for everything they get however little.
Ken did part of His primary school studies in Vihiga and part of it that is class 2 to 5 in Migori county. He did his high school studies at Chavavo High school where he did His form four exams four years later. He later went to Nairobi where he did his tertiary education in various other tertiary institutions.
After his education, Ken first got employed as a security guard working with a security firm in Nairobi. Kens life took another shape as he stopped depending on people and started learning how to depend on himself alone and to fend for his bread. This according to him was one of the hardest job he ever had to do, working for over 12 hours a day and standing at a security checkpoint for all those hours checking in those coming into the mall and frisking them. He did this for one year and later joined subway Kenya as a sandwich artist and later became cashier. This was a learning zone for him as he interacted with so many people of different class and of different caliber. Subway is a high end first food restaurant, it severs mainly the first and middle class people and the foreigners. As he worked and interacted with them, he was able to get to understand how people think, behave and respond towards issues of life. He did this for two years and moved on with life.
Ken Kayange's star began to shine in high school as he joined the school journalism club, and formed the drama club together with his other schoolmates. Through this, he was able to fully discover his potential in entertainment as he would break other students ribs during the talent show competition. He started as a comedian back in school. He was now the best comedian in school and the best actor at the same time. He was appointed by the teachers to represent the school in national competitions where he became the first student from the school and from his area to ever make it to the national levels in a competition. Through this, he made the school's name known to many who didn't even know the school. He also worn an award of the best English public speaker and the second best Swahili public speaker in Vihiga county. This kicked him into stardom. He began to be celebrated in school and outside school.
So God was preparing him for the great task ahead of him. He is now a motivational speaker speaking to youths around the country giving them deep and transformation messages. Ken has recorded songs like Miungu Mingine and Hosanna Jina Lako among others which are also on YouTube. He is now into ministry and doing other things concurrently for the glory of God.

1. What's the weirdest dream you've ever had?
Ken: Mmmhhh.. aaahh i have had dream several weird dreams, i'll share some soon..
2. If you could travel to any year in a time machine, what year would you choose and why?
Ken: 2021, This is the year Covid came into being, people lost lost jobs, nothing was moving, people were giving up, i personally was locked up in the countryside and i wished i could move time ahead.
3. If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
Ken: Mmmhh... am i really seeing anything i can change on myself? I think i am among the most perfect works that God ever did. I am sure he sits somewhere and brags about me.

Ken: Playing the father in that hide and seek game and visiting my grandma's place
